FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

I have been planning weddings and events for over 15 years, and honestly? I still get excited about every single one.

My background in venues and catering gave me an insider's perspective on what makes events truly special - it's the details, the flow, the moments that take your breath away. One of my very first weddings was featured in Vogue, which was an incredible early affirmation that I was on the right path. Since then, I've worked with wonderful brands and private clients across London, the UK, and Europe, building relationships (my favourite part!) and a trusted network of incredible suppliers. My portfolio includes some of the most iconic venues in the UK - Historic Royal Palaces, Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, British Museum, and of course those beautiful country estates just outside of London.

Now based in London, I spent a decade living in Barcelona, Spain - a chapter that left an indelible mark on my creative approach and love of family events. I'm the calm, organised presence you want on your big day, but I'm also the creative who'll help bring your wildest ideas to life. Whether it's an intimate dinner party or a grand European celebration, I approach each event with the same passion and attention to detail.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted lover of Italian cuisine (it's basically a personality trait at this point) and I'm always seeking inspiration in beautiful spaces and meaningful moments. I believe your celebration should feel effortlessly you - memorable, beautiful, and filled with the details that matter most.

I define luxury as something personal - celebrations that feel as authentic as they are beautiful. I believe the planning journey should be just as enjoyable as the celebration itself. I pride myself on being flexible and going the extra mile, transforming the entire experience - from our initial conversation to the final moments - into something truly special.

    INITIAL CONNECTION

    We begin with a relaxed conversation to understand your vision and explore whether we're the perfect match. After discussing your celebration ideas and confirming we're aligned, you'll receive a bespoke proposal detailing how we'll bring your wedding to life. Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll finalise your booking with a contract and begin the exciting planning journey.

    BUGET PLANNING

    At the outset, you'll receive a detailed cost projection that allocates funds according to your priorities. We'll monitor quotations, agreements, and payment timelines throughout, ensuring your vision stays aligned with your financial plan and preventing unnecessary expenditure.

    FINDING YOUR PERFECT VENUE

    If you haven't secured your ideal location, we'll curate a selection of venues matching your needs and present them with essential details like capacity and pricing in a clear summary. We'll also arrange and accompany you to venue viewings to help you choose the perfect setting for your celebration.

    SUPPLIER CURATION & COORDINATION

    We'll identify the ideal team of professionals for your wedding, leveraging our established network of trusted industry contacts. From initial enquiries through to final delivery, we'll manage all communication, negotiate agreements, coordinate logistics, and oversee your suppliers - securing your essential providers early, then systematically building the rest of your team to guarantee you're never overwhelmed by decisions.

    CREATIVE VISION DEVELOPEMENT

    Working together to build upon your initial ideas, we'll develop a fully personalised design concept that visualises every creative element of your celebration. This includes comprehensive mood boards, table design mock-ups, sketches, and additional materials to help you see the design potential for your wedding.

    BRINGING DESIGN TO LIFE

    Guided by your design concept, we'll source all décor elements and design components to realise your vision. We'll coordinate this seamlessly with your day's logistics - including timelines, floor plans, power requirements, supplier coordination, and guest comfort - to ensure your event is both stunning and flawlessly executed.

    GUEST EXPERIENCE

    Creating an exceptional guest experience is fundamental to our service, so we'll help arrange guest travel, activities, and accommodation for your event.

    We'll also manage all guest communication and RSVP monitoring, establishing a polished first impression that continues well beyond the day itself.

    You'll gain access to a dedicated online planning portal containing our collaborative planning resources, providing complete transparency so you can monitor your plans throughout the process anytime, anywhere.

    During onboarding, we'll develop a thorough planning timeline that maps out essential milestones, tasks, and deadlines. Your project timeline can be viewed both chronologically and organised by supplier category.

    We'll develop a thorough and detailed timeline for your wedding, carefully orchestrating your schedule to ensure every element is accounted for. On the day itself, our team will manage your wedding and any surrounding events from beginning to end, including setup and teardown. We'll serve as your dedicated point of contact for all suppliers and guests, expertly coordinating your day behind the scenes so you can fully relax and savour your celebration.
